Older man needs help with broken truck on US-60

Ten four. Called in by a passerby stating that they're going to be between Aguila and 74 for an old truck on the north side of the road with the hood up.

Be advised, an older gentleman standing outside of the truck looks like he might need help.

Did not appear to have a 10-21 (phone) on him.
