A passerby reports two men at the scene, with one person recording and an argument heard in the background. Dispatchers speak with an involved person through a Spanish language line. The caller reports that the blue Toyota, identified as a blue Toyota sport utility vehicle, appears to be trying to leave but has not yet driven away. A license plate number and registered owner information are checked. Later radio traffic indicates the other vehicle may have left the Lennox Avenue area, heading toward Costco, then possibly toward Commonwealth and the District Avenue area. Police units are checking the surrounding area for the vehicle.
