Domestic dispute during welfare check on Michigan Ave

It was originally a 911 hang up.

There was no answer on callback.

Then had a female call in advising that there was a male putting his hands on her, and then the male was in the background, kept talking over her, saying that she's having a mental health episode and was assaulting him as well.
