Additional reporting party saying that the male was just at the Alborn Snow Devils at (number withheld)/(number withheld) Swan Lake, acting odd and wanting to apologize for leaving his vehicle on site there because he was out of gas.

Acting very oddly, requesting a response as well.

He was last seen on foot walking back towards the tavern.
