Said that he got up to use the bathroom, felt significantly short of breath.

History of some breathing issues.

Was just released from Knute Nelson after rehabbing from a stroke.

Has some right-sided weakness.

So. That stroke, he wasn't able to get up and walk.

He was short of breath on our arrival.

Stats were eighty-five percent on room air.

Put him on four liters nasal cannula.

He came up to ninety-eight percent.

I am giving him a dual neb at this time.

He has some expiratory wheezing.

Plus, his vitals: one sixty-four over eighty-four.

Heart rate is eighty-nine.

Systolic on the monitor: twelve.

Does have a little bit of tightness in his chest as he feels like it's in his lungs.
