Pickup with flat tire blocking lane on State Route 31, Algonquin IL

00:00

Hello, I'm a little out of my jurisdiction this morning, but I came across a stranded motorist with a flat tire.

00:05

It's a small pickup truck.

00:08

He is in lane two on State Route 31 southbound, about a half mile north of 62.

00:17

And he's really around a blind corner.

00:19

You may want to alert local PD to have somebody back him up because it was almost.

00:24

Accident when I came on it.

00:26

I'm not sure if that's county or village of Elgin at that 20.
