My caller advised that she was traveling Wolfeboro Highway.

She said between Bay Hill Road and Swan Lake Trail on the right-hand side heading towards Wolfeboro.

She wasn't sure if it was a cone or if it was a person wearing bright orange, possibly laying on the side of the road.
