74-year-old female sick, weak, and fell at home

Control medic 5400 in South Franklin Township, (number withheld) Vista Valley Road, (number withheld) Vista Valley Road, for a 74 year old female who's been sick for a week, unable to get out of bed.

She did fall last night, very weak.
