911[1], (number withheld) East Second Street, near the cross of Jackson and Center in Annapolis.

I am public service 9-1-1 with a deactivated cell phone.

It sounds like there is a phone continuously ringing, and I think that this phone is directly against the TV speaker.

I am not getting any response from anybody.
