Suspicious visitor leaves in van with wrong plates

Caller reporting 20-minute delay.

Male wearing orange pants and no shoes knocked on the caller's door, arrived in a white delivery van and then took off.

Caller did give us a license plate that didn't match.

He would like the area checked.
