Suspicious man sits in stolen black Nissan in parking lot
Motor Vehicle Theft2009 across from 185 Neem Street. The caller had a vehicle stolen last week and states there's a male parks in Connecticut 601 Sierra and Charlie Gulf. She said it's a black Nissan and it comes back on a black accord out of Norwalk. The white male occupied.
