Chief complaint coming in tonight is going to be sudden onset of mid center back pain.

Started around 4:30 today with intermittent chest pressure.

He describes it as a pressure.

He's also got weakness and numbness in the legs.

He does have a large history of dissection, aorta, with aortic grafts and stents.

Right now his patient's pressure about around a seven.

No changes as far as complaints.

His heart rate on the monitor at 70, (number withheld).

He's been 95 to 98.

He's breathing right now about 16, 17 times a minute, non-labored.

And last BP is 162 over 71.
