Person checking car doors near Orchard Road

The caller states that he was at his residence on Orchard Road and saw a male subject checking vehicle doors.

It's going to be a white or Hispanic male, about six two, long hair and a mustache, in his thirties, wearing all black clothing and a white T-shirt.

He was walking towards Peekskill.

I'll notify Peekskill as well.
