Emergency crews responded to a water problem on White Fawn Drive in Asheville. They found water leaking from the ground, likely from a main pipe under the street rather than from the house. Water was entering the home’s basement. The fire squad requested the water department, which gave an estimated arrival time of about 25 to 30 minutes. Once the situation was assessed and no further immediate action could be taken by the crew, they cleared the scene and left the issue for the water department to handle.
