Animal locked in SUV trunk at motel parking lot

Received a call from (name withheld) at Super 8 Motel reporting that there is a animal locked in a cage in a trunk of a SUV with a Kansas plate, dark blue color.

Vehicle is parked right in front of the pool window.

Caller states that the animal keeps barking and setting off the car alarm.

She is unable to find who owns the vehicle.

What would like an officer there to figure out how to get the animal out and the owners?
