Victim is ok, driver came out of dirt lot next to yoga studio where he didn't look and pinned it onto morro road. He t boned a man riding bicycle in bike lane sending the rider flying and sliding where the rider landed in the middle of morro road. That's when the driver got out and stood over the victim, yelling at him to get up out of the road " your blocking traffic". At that time patrons of the yoga studio came out to the victims aid. they where helping up the rider out of the road and the driver was attempting to leave scene. At that time he was asked for his information and he refused to give his insurance and license info to the victim, telling him I'm not giving u that information, It was then that the patrons of the yoga studio stopped the driver called 911. Victim was later taken by friend to Twin City Hospital and checked out. He is ok but is suffering from bruising, road rash, head contusion, memory loss/fog, with extreme stiffness and soreness over his entire body
