Train near miss with person on platform at station

Peoria.Did not place the train into emergency, but did have to come, did end up coming to a stop after placing the train in service.

Individual was a white or Hispanic male, white t-shirt, black shorts, and I believe white shoes.

And they are on track two now, on the track two platform now.
