Neighbor reports smoke alarm sounding, Austin TX

00:00

Hey, we're at the dispatch address and we're not seeing any apartment complexes.

00:06

Give me further details on this neighbor that apparently hears an alarm go off.

00:11

I'll confirm with the caller.

00:12

I'm reading it though as maybe it's going to be a smoke detector instead of an alarm.

00:16

Let me check with him.

00:18

No, yeah, and I understand that, but it sounded like it was an apartment complex.

00:21

You had some unit numbers there.

00:23

We don't have.

00:25

An apartment complex at that location.

00:28

Received, stand by.

00:29

Engine two, checking response.

00:32

Engine one, our call taker just listened to his playback and he's updated the address to (number withheld) East 12th.

00:38

That makes sense, we're walking that way.
