This is a somewhat dangerous intersection . I was nearly hit just a couple of days ago because two left lanes. I avoid the outer lane because the inner left drivers sometimes cut into your lane while turning instead of staying in the lane they started in.

I agree. I travel that route a lot to go from Raccoon to Norquest and many times people are in the middle lane and rather than going to N. Raccoon or Norquest they blow right thru the light only to make the left onto Mahoning Ave. What gets me is there are arrow signs that clearly indicate which lane is for each direction of travel!
