Man reports ongoing harassment and property damage

Caller advised that his driver's license says (number withheld) north 750 east.

However, he currently lives in Angola.

He is adamant he wants to file charges through Noble County.

Advised that his ex-girlfriend has damaged his truck, stolen his cell phone, put a locator tag on his vehicle, and is contacting his family with harassing

messages all over the past two years.
