Man reports harassment and property damage by ex

Caller advised that his driver's license says (number withheld) north (number withheld) east.

However, he currently lives in Angola.

He is adamant he wants to file charges through Noble County.

Advised that his ex-girlfriend has damaged his truck, stolen his cell phone, put a locator tag on his vehicle, and is contacting his family with harassing

messages all over.
