Reckless driver speeding through school zone

There is a five to 10 min time lapse on this vehicle.

Turned right at Deer Creek off northbound.

It's going to be a maroon sedan SUV with Colorado plate (number withheld), speeding in a school zone seventy-five miles per hour, passed crossing double yellow in a turn lane.

The IP parked at Cutthroat Cafe.

RP no longer has visual.

RP is willing to sign, and the plate comes back matching to a 1998 red Toyota Corolla.
