Driver throws alcohol container from moving car

This is

a complaint.

Probably eight to 10 min old now, but vehicle was all over the road, following her too closely, flipped her off, threw an alcohol container out of the car, and then turned onto Route Nine.

It was a tag on a gray '16 Chevy Malibu to (name withheld) out of Alexander.

Yeah, ten four.

Head towards the other side.

Turned by the big stop and headed westbound on nine.
