Driver reports tailgating and erratic pickup on I-94

4606. 4606, my caller is reporting a beige-colored newer model Chevy Colorado who was tailgating, brake checking, and in and out of traffic on the interstate.

He also advised that that vehicle exited at Exit 19, but is unsure which direction.
