Boyfriend reportedly assaults younger brother

Caller on 911 reports that his mom's boyfriend was causing issues inside the residence and then began getting physical with his younger brother.

No reported weapons, no impacts.

Based on the history, it looks like we were there on the 2nd , and the mother called in because her 20 year old son (name withheld) was acting manic and needed a psych eval.
