Stalled semi on left shoulder of Highway 141

We have a semi that's on the left shoulder, stalled out.

They do have tow on scene to try and get them out, but tow is requesting if you could provide some traffic control so they clear out since it's that left shoulder and a bad spot.

I leave that up to you.
