Suspicious encounter in medical mall parking lot

He's in the parking lot of ARH Medical Mall.

I did that there was a silver minivan with a bunch of white writing all over it, and the subject had approached the complainant and stated that you're done lying to us and was acting abnormal and belligerent to him.

And the subject took off towards Ives and Howard Drive.

He's not sure if this subject was mentally ill or what was going on.

I got a tag number.

He just wanted to make an officer aware of this subject.
