The caller advised this male had came into Bob Evans and asked if he would be able to leave his vehicle there until he was able to get it fixed because he couldn't afford the tow bill.

There was things in this vehicle prior to this.

They had three rolls of aluminum foil in the back, and the subject had come back and cleaned everything out of it.
