Suspicious person reportedly dropping drugs outside store

Manager was by the off-duty police officer came in the store and told her that there's a subject outside at the seating area dropping drugs on the ground.

Unknown description of the subject.

Complainant is unable to see him on the camera.

They did advise he has a bike with him.
