Dispute over vehicle keys at Woodlawn Avenue home

Complainant had a female that was outside.

She was trying to get the complainant to open the door by pecking on the window, claiming that she was the daughter of the complainant's incarcerated roommate.

Break.

The other party called in.

They're advising that their mother, which is incarcerated, told her to come and get the Jeep from this residence.

And the other party is refusing to allow her the keys.
