Onset of slurred speech, facial droop, and right arm weakness.

Previous history of stroke and TIA is on Xarelto, but facility denies any recent falls or head strikes.

In presence of EMS, neurological systems have begun to improve.

Her initial GCS was 13 with a Lanza two.

However, she is now GCS 15 with a Lanza one.

Her slurred speech has improved.

Left side weakness was not evident with EMS, and she has a partial facial droop on left side.
