Men sitting in traffic lane near school entrance

Go ahead.

Caller reporting that on School Street by the back entrance to the school, there's two guys that sit on stools and smoke and sit in the traffic lane.

She said that they were creepy looking, and right now they're currently in lawn chairs in the traffic lane.

I told her I sent someone to go check it out and that you would follow up with her afterwards.
