Hit-and-run driver knocks down sign near park

We have somebody that lives in the trailer park calling in reporting they saw a vehicle speed out of the trailer park, took a left, went up and over the curb and knocked down a sign in the area, and then took off again.

It was last seen headed towards 15.

And someone else at one point had stopped to drag the sign out of the road.

We're still getting further.

I said the vehicle is described as a smaller car, possibly a lime car, green color.
