Found border collie reported north of Spearfish

A short-haired border collie, no collar.

RP advised he did call around a little bit to neighbors and didn't have any luck with locating the owner.

He advised he does have somewhere he needs to be, but he doesn't want to let the dog go loose in case it runs after his livestock.
