Speeding SUV with children reported at campground, Bellevue IA

00:00

I have someone calling from the Off Shore Campground.

00:03

They advise that a 2017 maroon Ford Escape has been driving around for the past hour, going way too fast.

00:09

It's full of kids, and maybe one of them's wearing a ski mask.

00:12

He's unsure what they're doing.

00:18

Out of them, what you cut out at the end there?

00:26

He's unsure what they're doing.

00:28

Just want you to check on them.

00:29

Maybe tell them to slow down.

00:33

Thanks, I'll be on my way out.
