Disabled car blocking road on Ritz Way

Male advised he was borrowing a car from a friend or friend.

The car that he was borrowing broke down in the middle of the road and he was able to push it over onto Ritz Way, but it's still in the middle of the road on Ritz.

He doesn't have anyone else to call until he was wondering if an officer could come out and assist him.
