glad I'm not the only one who has had this problem. sucks the guy crashed, but hopefully it brings some awareness. even walking sometimes a person halogen headlights make me unable to see anything in front of me. if you need headlights that bright to see at night just stay home until daybreak or call a cab/friend/etc.
