Mother reports partner taking 11-year-old daughter after dispute

Female was on 911 screaming and very upset that her (name withheld) was taking their (number withheld)-year-old daughter.

There's no court order in place, but she advised he's been abusive in the past and the daughter sounded distraught in the background.
