We're inbound, facility code 2 with a trauma activation on board (number withheld).

(number withheld) female, A&O 4, GCS of 15.

She was riding her bicycle downhill at approximately 20 miles per hour when she collided with a vehicle traveling approximately 10 miles per hour.

The vehicle kind of hit her on her right, excuse me, left side and she fell over to onto her right side.

Her chief complaint is 8 out of 10 pain, kind of in a scapula area.

Right shoulder as well as left groin.

As of right now, her CSFs are intact.

There was no head strike.

She was helmeted.

No LOC, no blood in her use.

Her vitals: 01:14 over 70 .

Heart rate is 7070 .

She has a pacemaker.

She's breathing 20 times a minute, saturating 100 % on two liters.

Her lungs are clear.

The only injuries I am noting is a little bit of instability to her right clavicle.

I do have IV access and some pain.
