Welfare check on woman after domestic concern

Caller was advising that there's a female dropped off in front of her residence by her dad, possibly something going on between them, some sort of domestic.

She walked down to the water department wanting a welfare check on her.

Caller cannot provide a description as her husband relayed the information.

He's going to be on his way down there in a white Honda CRV to see if he can help her.
