Neighbor dispute over tree removal and flooding

In reference to the RP, thinks that the neighbor has removed the trees.

And he thinks the trees.

Were there to show a property division, and he called them forestry trees.

And he thinks that the neighbors created a flood area by doing so.

I did advise him that I would put it out to the officer, but sounded more like it was going to be a conservation district for Sussex County, that would probably have to get involved with that if that was the case.

He has not contacted the county at all.
