Driver reports unsafe passing on road shoulder

Caller lives at (number withheld) Honor Highway.

He states that several times over the course of several months, I am assuming, that people pass him on the shoulder of the road while he is trying to turn left into his driveway.

He did say that he tried flagging you down.

Today because it did happen again and you were right there when it happened.

So he'd like to speak with you if you're available.
