Elderly woman treated for dizziness with nausea at home

Big Rapids ER, Big Rapids ER, Macomb County Alpha Three, calling in a patient report.Big Rapids, go ahead.Good morning, I'm currently at a facility with a 83-year-old female.Chief complaint today is going to be some dizziness.Patient sat down to go to the bathroom.Reports that once she was seated on the toilet, started to get dizzy.Called for us.We're at Finder on the toilet.Dizziness had gone away at that time.Got her out to the truck.She does have a history of vertigo.Currently resting comfortably on a stretcher.Current vital signs that for you is a heart rate of 89, sinus on the monitor.Pulse ox is 93% on room air.Last blood pressure I got was 148 over 82.I have a 20 established in the left forearm.I've given 4 mg of Zofran for some nausea.If nothing further, we'll see you in about 6 min .
