Woman with COPD has breathing problems at motel lobby

Engine four AMR respond to 5146 Laurel Road, Picture Court Motel in the lobby, for a 60 year old female, conscious and breathing, female has COPD, having breathing problems, difficulty speaking with wheezing breaths.
