Woman fell from chair, husband requests lift assist

He advised that his wife tonight fell out of her chair, he was unable to lift her back up, which is why he called for lift assist.

He's going to be a sound mind, he just has trouble physically moving his wife.

He advised that the Blackwell Fire Department is attempting to get him a mobility chair for his wife.
