A drooping face is not a sign of a heart attack but a sign of a stroke.

or Bells Palsey. I had a stroke a few months ago and had no idea until a few days later I saw drooping on one side of my face. luckily it was the Bells and not the stroke, so after meds i was good as new. hell of a time to be told I had a stroke and have a brain aneurysm too!
