Loose dog attacking other dogs on property

Our witness states a large blonde dog, the long tail, has been on her property since Wednesday.

It is non-aggressive towards humans but is aggressive and fights and attacks her dogs when she lets them out to use the restroom.

She's called a few shelters.

No one's able to assist her.
