Juveniles riding vehicles without lights in Blanket

It's gonna be a blanket.

Fifth Street and Avenue B.

That's number five, Avenue B, boy.

Have juveniles riding along mowers and four wheelers without lights on, driving all over the area, and they also go up and down FM 1467.

Caller is concerned because they don't have lights on and they're juveniles.
