Man with knife and alcohol causing disturbance

We have southbound from Springfield and Austin.

A white male wearing shorts, no shirt, with a steak knife in his back pocket, and drinking alcohol came in and out of the store, walking around in the area.

RP, the manager, and asked him to leave the building, but he's walking around the area.
