Person acting erratically near road in Bombay

walking near State Route 95 and County Road 9 in the Bombay area.

Had been laying on the ground, got up, started yelling at people, stumbling all over from one side of the road to the other.

When the person last saw him, he was near the lean-to sign and then he walked on the right-hand side in the ditch.
